Any company or individual, either directly or indirectly, who knowlingly sends unsolicited email (spam) to any address associated with this domain, hiphoplindy.com, has entered into a contract for services.
The companies or individuals who send unsolicited email (aka spam) to this domain are subject to a $200 per email review and processing fee by the site owner. Invoices are sent accordingly, with a Net of 15 days for payment receipt. The late fee for non-payment will be 18% APR.
In as much as unsolicited email consumes my resources in the way of time, communications bandwidth, and computer resources, and the company or individual that sends unsolicited email expects these resources to be used for their monetary gain, I have legal grounds to charge for use of these resources.

Webmaster. As if. The site is kept up by me, Brian Chernicky. I've been dancing since November 1998, and I have been doing the DJ thing since about 1999. I dance all the styles I can, from ballroom to swing to hip hop.
I want to make it clear that I don't pretend to be a master or an authority at any style, much less hip hop, hip hop lindy, or any style. I am a student like everyone else. To paraphrase a guy named Suga Pop: Unless your name is Frankie Manning, Steven Mitchell, Boogaloo Sam, Popin Pete, etc; unless you are one of the innovators or a direct apprentice thereof, you are probably in the student set too. I keep this site because I don't believe that you have to be one of the masters to collect and share information.
